Learn Russian.
I am Russian. I know the best way to learn languages. Learn Russian language on this blog, using these methods.
If you use Opera press menu "View", then - "Encoding", then - "Cyrillic", then - "Automatic detection". This way Russian letters will be viewed correctly.
If you use Mozilla Firefox, press menu "View", then - "Character Encoding", then - "Auto-Detect", then - "Russian". This way Russian letters will be viewed correctly.
If you use Internet Explorer, press menu "View", then - "Cyrillic(Windows)"(if absent - press also "More"). This way Russian letters will be viewed correctly.
